The application Drive Locker is based on articles available here on my blog. It is just an implementation of those tricks. There's nothing big in it.

Hi Anil, After clicking and checking C & D drives, they got locked but now when I click on the Drive Locker folder to unlock the drives it says : 'The Operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on the Computer. Contact your System Administrator'

The Drive Locker folder is on the desktop. How to unlock the drives now, please tell??

You can do the following:
Go to command prompt (or Windows key + R), type dskmgmt.msc + Enter
This will start the Disk Managment tool.
You will see your all your drives there, including the ones hidden by Drive Locker.
Right-click on the drives(s) you want to unhide, choose Change Drive Letter and Paths.
Choose Change, select an available letter, click OK.
Your previously hidden drive(s) will instantly appear in Windows Explorer and be avaiable.
You'll need to update any shortcuts etc. depending on the old drive letter(s).
This is just a workaround which does not solve the effects of applying Drive Locker, but it will restore your access.

Also found the author's explanation -- the link above was dead -- this actually undos the changes:
